Serves 4
1 small lettuce, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, sliced
1 small cucumber, diced
4 radishes, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/3 cup olives
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
14 ounces canned tuna, drained
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
Combine all salad ingredients in a serving bowl and then drizzle with vinegar and oil.
