Grilled tuna steaks

A light, high protein meal that combines perfectly with a salad

Serves 2

2 tuna steaks
2 tablespoons ghee or olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
1 avocado, sliced

Mix all ingredients except the tuna and avocado well in a glass bowl. Place the tuna steaks in the bowl and cover them well with the marinade, using your hands. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 4 hours.

Grill the steaks on medium to high heat for approximately 5 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Serve the steaks with avocado and salad.
