Crunchy Cashew Balls
These deliciously healthy Crunchy Cashew Balls are great alternatives for snacks and desserts.
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons cashew butter
- ¼ cup finely chopped cashews
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons softened coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- If the mixture is a bit too dry add more coconut oil.
- If it’s too wet add more cocoa powder.
- Roll the mixture into balls and keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
