Nut Free Bliss Balls
A delicious snack that’s perfect for the lunch box for individuals with nut allergies
Ingredients
- 6 medjool dates
- ½ cup dried apricots
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup hemp seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and the mixture comes together.
- Shape the mixture into balls and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
