Creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie

If you’re in the northern hemisphere summer is just around the corner. This thick cantaloupe smoothie is a delicious and filling way to start your day.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup full fat, canned coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup diced cantaloupe
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
