Rosemary Pork Chops
These rosemary pork chops make a delicious low carbohydrate dinner when served with salad or vegetables.
Serves 3
Ingredients
- 6 thin, boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pastured butter or ghee
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves, or dried leaves if fresh are unavailable
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Add the butter and oil to a pan over medium heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Once the pan is hot, place the pork chops inside and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Cook the chops on both sides until well cooked and lightly browned.
- Serve.
