High in protein and healthy fats, this fudge will help to prevent sugar cravings.
Ingredients
½ cup almond butter
½ cup coconut oil
8 drops liquid stevia, or other sweetener of choice
½ medium banana
½ teaspoon almond essence
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process well until smooth. You can stir some goji berries or cacao nibs through the fudge if you like. Pour the fudge into a small baking pan and place into the freezer to set. The fudge is best stored in the freezer and can be eaten straight from the freezer.
