Serves 2 as a side salad
Ingredients
1 medium red apple, finely chopped
1 large carrot, grated
3 medium radishes, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/3 cup toasted walnuts
Balsamic vinegar and macadamia nut oil for dressing
Method
Mix all salad ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar and serve.
